What is Chinese Medicine?
Chinese Medicine is a holistic philosophy of medicine, meaning that the body is considered in a whole way, each part is interdependent and relies upon the other parts for its proper function.
The term Chinese medicine is often thought of as herbal medicine but is an umbrella term that includes acupuncture as well as several other treatment methods.
Treatment is individually prescribed as somebody presents to clinic on the day, so it’s a very specific therapy that addresses the person rather than the disease.
